1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnnGrandi ("the App"), operated by AnnGrandi ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnnGrandi. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AnnGrandi Coins

AnnGrandi Coins ("Coins") are a virtual in-app currency used to promote content. Key terms:

• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods.
• Coins are earned by watching videos and may be used to promote your YouTube content through the App.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates, spending costs, and daily limits at any time.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
• If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, all Coins are forfeited.

5. Earning Coins — Viewer Rules

To earn Coins by watching videos, you must:

• Watch videos genuinely — automated watching, bots, or emulators are strictly prohibited.
• Watch each video for the required duration (e.g., 30 seconds or the full video) before coins are awarded.
• Comply with daily earning limits set by the App.

Attempting to manipulate the coin system through fraudulent means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Coins.

6. Promoting Content — Advertiser Rules

When using Coins to promote YouTube content:

• You must own or have rights to promote the YouTube content you submit.
• Promoted content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• We prohibit promotion of content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign without refund of Coins if the content violates these rules.
• Campaign views are delivered on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee specific delivery timelines.
• You may include an optional "shop link" (such as an Etsy store, TikTok Shop, or your own website). You must own or have the right to promote any linked store, and the linked products must be legal and comply with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its systems.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity related to Coins, campaigns, or ads.
• Interfere with other users' experience or the App's normal operation.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

8. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

Videos may include creator-submitted shop links to third-party websites. When you tap a shop link you leave AnnGrandi and visit a site we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the products, content, availability, or data practices of those sites, and any purchase or interaction there is solely between you and the third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The AnnGrandi name, logo, and all App content (excluding user-submitted YouTube links) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our written consent.

YouTube video content remains the property of the respective creators and is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnnGrandi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of Coins, loss of data, or loss of profits.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AnnGrandi after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
